On a recent EB-2 NIW approval (in machine learning and healthcare)

Another NIW approved for someone in machine learning and healthcare.

We presented an industry-focused case.

He did not have much outside of his work.

A few memberships, some speaking engagements, and some work with a third-party organization.

That being said, the work he was performing was critical and high impact in the healthcare industry, which made for a strong proposed endeavor.

This case took close to the 45 day mark so we were expecting an RFE, but we never got one.

Perhaps the officer was taking their time to properly adjudicate the case.
