You can still profile-build for EB-1A without a strong anchor criterion

Here’s a post by immigration lawyer Amber Davis on how you can still profile-build for EB-1A without a strong anchor criterion:

You can still profile-build for EB-1A without a strong anchor criterion.

Just keep in mind that you’ll eventually need a strong anchor criterion for your case like having a leading or critical role or showing evidence that you’ve made significant research contributions to your field to go from a viable EB-1A case to a strong EB-1A case.

You can still get approved with three or four EB-1A criteria but with no strong anchor criterion to show that you’ve risen to the top of your field, your chances of denial are going to be high (hence why cases with no strong anchor criterion are viable but are not strong, in that they could be approved but are unlikely to be approved).
