EB-2 NIW continues to be valid for pilots

Here’s a post by immigration lawyer Amber Davis on EB-2 NIW for pilots:

We got a pilot NIW approved the other day.

Weaker than some of the others that I’ve filed so it was great to get an approval.

Not that they weren’t qualified at all (I tend to only work with senior level pilots who have over 10 years of experience).

No RFE as well, which was surprising considering that many other firms report that they always tend to get RFEs for their pilot clients.

This continues to be a valid occupation for NIW.
