AI and EB-1A

Post (source):

Recently consulted with a few AI professionals, all of whom have strong profiles that meet 5-6 of the EB-1A criteria.

They don’t however have thousands of citations, but I don’t expect that to be an obstacle in any of these cases.

The key I’ve found is defining a speciality within AI in petitions (there are many subfields of AI).

I haven’t filed many of these cases yet, but I do expect them to go smoothly. More updates on this soon!
