The Future of EB-2 NIW
Post (source):
2024 is going to be the year of the NIW, and here’s why:
With the current administration, USCIS has been extremely open to NIWs from qualified professionals in fields of national interest, as well as STEM PhDs from U.S. universities.
That could all change post-elections with a new administration.
So if you are considering NIW, best to consult an attorney as soon as possible to see if you have a strong case.
Even if you don’t have the strongest case, it might still be worth a try, especially if you’re in a field like AI.
