On an EB-1A approval
Another EB-1A approval.
6 criteria claimed.
We were initially going to claim 5 but ended up claiming original contributions as well as leading or critical role (so two anchor criteria).
The other criteria claimed were high salary, judge, authorship, and membership.
Our client had spent years in consulting before moving into his current role, which I think helped his case a lot (USCIS tends to like EB-1As for people who work at consulting companies first before becoming key talent at major U.S. corporations).
For high salary, we used an offer he received instead of a wage he had actually already earned (this can work and USCIS has confirmed this in the Policy Manual).
Approved in 12 business days. No RFE.
